  • Dogs are natural scavengers and hunters so the use of food based activity toys is natural and stimulating. Activity toys have a variety of uses in behavior modification programs. Cats are natural hunters, so their toys will be most interesting if they are the size and texture of prey, if they can be moved around in such a way as to represent small prey (mice, insects, lizards, birds), or if they contain tasty food or treats.

  • Seeking guidance before obtaining a new pet can prevent many behavior and health problems in pets. Such a consultation will help you select the best pet for the household, but also provide information on how to prepare in advance for the new arrival.

  • Most animals are genetically wired to spend a certain amount of time on activities that meet their requirements for survival. For most domestic pets, particularly dogs and cats, these requirements include opportunities to play, explore their environment, rest, socialize, acquire and eat food, and eliminate.

  • There are numerous products on the market that have been designed to help prevent undesirable behavior in dogs. Leashes, harnesses, and head halters are needed to keep pets under control, especially when outdoors.

  • Tellington TTouch® was developed by Linda Tellington-Jones as a method of behavioral modification and animal treatment without the use of force. Today, it is used on animals and people to reduce tension and also treat some stress related problems.

  • Clicker training is used as a means of clearly and immediately reinforcing a behavior in virtually any species of animal.

  • The Belgian Malinois is an intense, sensitive individual who is willing to dedicate himself not only to his jobs, but also to his human.

  • The Belgian Sheepdog is the long-coated, black version of what some people consider one breed, the Belgian Shepherd (or Continental Shepherd). Like all the members of this family, the Belgian Sheepdog is an active and intense companion, as well-suited for police work as for herding chores.

  • Intelligent and energetic, Belgian Tervurens are happiest with a job to do. They are loyal and form strong bonds, so they must be part of the family, not isolated or left outdoors.

  • Benazepril HCl is a second-generation angiotensin-converting-enzyme (ACE) inhibitor. This medication may be used to treat high blood pressure, as a vasodilator in the treatment of heart failure and as adjunctive treatment of chronic kidney failure. High blood pressure makes the heart work harder. Over time, the heart and arteries will become damaged and not function correctly. This can lead to damage or malfunctioning of the brain, heart, and kidneys.
